The Riverkeeper Now Has Duck Valley Permits!
Trout:
The Duck Valley area is starting to see signs of coming out of the late summer funk. Moss will continue to break up as we move into fall and the fishing is expected to be fantastic. Right now we are already hearing rumblings out of Billy Shaw and Mountain View Reservoirs but I wouldn't say that things are great just yet. Take heart, the best fishing of the season is on its way.
All of the high country lakes are in good shape and fishing well. Be sure to bring a good selection of ants, beetles, buggers, caddis, and bead head nymphs if you go.
