Flows are pretty much at a perfect flow right now. Fishing continues to be good and will continue to be as such as we move into fall and winter. The best bets for dry fly activity are now in the afternoon and evenings with  blue winged olives. Mid-day and any time you don't see rising fish, look to nymph fishing for your best results. You will need to put some split shot above your fly and use an indicator if you want to increase your hook ups. Don't forget about the streamers now that you can wade easily and cover more water.

Word on the street is that the F&G will be planting steelhead in the river this week. For all of the wild rainbows and brown trout in the river who might be reading this....... run for your lives!!
